S3D Standard
New generation bio-compound, 100% from renewable resources, non-toxic and silicone-free. Wide chromatic range with matte or glossy finish (depending on the color). Biodegradable according to EN ISO 13432, raw material compliant with REACH, RoHS, and FDA. Ideal for non-functional aesthetic customizations.
S3D Standard Plus
Technical material with a balance of mechanical properties and aesthetic appeal, ideal for aesthetic-functional components. It offers good chemical resistance to common agents, medium-high heat resistance, and a homogeneous glossy finish. Recyclable material, raw materials comply with REACH/RoHS standards.
S3D Tech
Bio-organic composite for high-performance applications. Optimized for stiffness and flexural strength. High visual quality semi-matte surface. 100% renewable and reintegrable into the natural cycle. Thermal resistance up to ~160 °C, biodegradation according to DIN EN ISO 14855. Suitable for use near heat sources and for lightweight technical components.
S3D Flex
Flexible material based on polyester polycaprolactone, with high tensile, impact, abrasion, and chemical resistance. UV stable. Glossy finish, thermal resistance up to ~105 °C. Free of silicone, plasticizers, oils, and halogens. REACH and RoHS compliant. Perfect for flexible protection and vibration dampening.
S3D Flex Carbon
Composite that combines carbon fibers and extremely durable PCL elastomer. Carbon increases stability and strength while maintaining flexibility. Brilliant look, limited deformation, and thermal resistance up to ~140 °C. Developed for industrial applications. Raw materials are REACH and RoHS compliant. Suitable for flexible protection near heat sources.
S3D Pro
Technical blend based on polycarbonate. High tenacity, tensile strength and heat resistance, good chemical resistance. Smooth and homogeneous surface. It is the most durable material in the S3D range. Classified as non-hazardous according to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008. For robust and stressed functional components.
S3D Pro Carbon
PC + carbon fiber blend. The lightest in the range, designed to increase strength, toughness, and temperature resistance. Improved resistance to UV and common chemicals. Smooth and very clean matte finish. Classified as non-hazardous according to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008. Ideal for performance parts.
