The Intake Manifold Spacer raises the intake manifold, changing the angle and position of the carburetor relative to the reed block. This adjustment improves incoming airflow and allows for more efficient fuel management, increasing engine response at mid-to-high RPM. Especially suited for engines in racing configurations. Recommended for expert use, particularly with rigid manifolds or oversized carburetors.

Customization

Choose thickness

Assembly

Remove the original reed block from the bike.
Insert the manifold spacer between the reed block and the intake manifold, checking for correct orientation.
Use the original gaskets (not included) on both sides of the spacer.
Reassemble the intake manifold using the original hardware.
Tighten the screws crosswise and evenly, checking the torque with a torque wrench.
